Paul is as much as a down home Native Californian you can get. Paul graduated from Chabot College,
Valley Campus in Livermore, now known as Las Positas College with an AA degree, then completed his
undergraduate studies in Political Science at California State College at Hayward, now known as Cal
State East Bay. After graduating from the University of the Pacific , McGeorge School of Law in 1989,
Paul moved to Modesto, California and has been in practice in Stanislaus County for the entirety of his
career. Paul was a principle in two leading law firms in Modesto until 2007 when he opened his own
office.

Paul was mentored in estate planning and the related areas of probate, trust admiration, and related
areas very early in his legal career. Often Paul will state that when he has provided individuals or
families the legal services requested, the fact that his services helped someone and more importantly
his legal services provided his clients relief from stress and anxiety is hugely rewarding.
Paul believes in community service and is a Past President with Distinction in the North Modesto Kiwanis
Club (the graffiti car show club), served on the Board of Directors of the United Way, and contributed in
establishing the Stanislaus County branch of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
